All orders ship within the U.S. only. Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is $10, Expedited (2–3 business days) is $20, and Next-Day is $40. Free Standard shipping is automatically applied on orders of $100 or more.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Reusable Injection Pens, Cartridges, Pen Needles, or Starter Kits once shipped. Vial Organizers may be returned within 30 days of delivery, but only for a manufacturing or hardware defect — contact us with photos to request a return authorization.
Precision Vials LLC ("Precision Vials," "we," "us") operates precisionvials.com. By purchasing, you agree that products are sold as-is for personal use, and that colors/finishes may vary slightly due to the handmade, 3D-printed nature of some items.
Payment is accepted via PayPal or Venmo. Orders are confirmed once an itemized invoice is issued and payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
We collect only what's needed to fulfill your order and respond to inquiries: name, shipping address, email, and payment confirmation — processed directly by PayPal/Venmo, never stored by us. Waitlist signups are used solely to send updates about Precision Vials.
